January 26: Totally 90s Adult Skate Party at KIHA

BRING BACK THE 90s!

Join Sk8 Ambitions and Marino the Funky DJ Ninja at KIHA Public Skate on Sunday, January 26, for a night of tribute to the 1990s! Skate to your favorite skate jams, West Coast G-funk, pop boy bands & divas, rock hits, smooth R&B, and more! The beat drops at 6pm and goes until the management shuts us down! Dress up in your most fashionable 90s attire! This party is for 17 and over, so leave the kids at home with tutu and bring your adult friends for a night of fun!

February 2: 808 HI Rollers O'ahu and SkateIA present Learn To Skate!

Just got some new skates and want to learn how to use them? Already know how to somewhat roll forward but need help turning and stopping? Want to learn how to safely fall and get up? This beginners class is great for skaters age 5 and over, and is a good way to learn the basics of skating.

  • Sunday, February, at the covered parking lot at 340 Uluniu St (please park on-street; metered parking is free on Sundays)
  • Open Skate from 3pm-4pm
  • Learn to Skate Class from 4pm-5pm

Every Sunday Morning: Sunday Brunch Skate

Every Tuesday Evening: The Weekly Skate Meetup

Get your almost-midweek skate on with a family-friendly all-ages skate meetup at the Patsy Mink Central Oʻahu Regional Park! Hosted by Harmony Moses (sk8rbabe88 on Instagram), this meetup happens from 6:30pm-9:30pm and is open to skaters of all ages and skill levels from all over the island.

 

Every Weekend: KIHA Public Skate

Come skate the only indoor roller rink on Oʻahu!

The Kapolei Inline Hockey Arenas open their doors every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for public skating. Visit their Public Skate website for the most up-to-date hours, entry fees, skate session times, rentals, and more information. Each session except for Sunday Adult Night is all-ages, so bring the keiki and make it a family evening out!
